Once you are done enjoying our beautiful home, take a walk in our neighborhood or on Broadway Street or go to the two nearest shopping centers: The Quarry and Lincoln Heights. Around that area you will find excellent restaurants, bars, coffee shops, retail shops, ice cream shops and much more! If you are traveling with kids, we are a short drive to The Doesem ( #1 kid’s museum in the US), San Antonio Zoo, the Witte Museum and the McNay Art Museum. We are also just a short drive or uber from the great historic The Pearl. Enjoy some of the finest restaurants, one-of-a-kind food court, delicious drinks, events, farmers markets and retail shops. The Quarry Golf Course
The Quarry is the top golf course in Texas and continues to lead the Texas Tourism market as the must-play for corporate outings and visitors to San Antonio. Designed by nationally recognized golf course designer Keith Foster. The Club is recognized around the country for its unique setting and design. During your round, you will be challenged and rewarded in many ways. The front nine plays in a links-style format and features rolling hills, native grasses and immaculate greens. The back nine lays out in an 100-year-old quarry pit. You will love the elevated tee boxes and shots that will fly over large expanses. After a day at the Quarry Golf Course in San Antonio, you will certainly feel like you just played one the most unique and enjoyable rounds of golf of your life.

Pearl Brewery
The Pearl Brewery is one of the coolest places you can visit in San Antonio. This brewery, established in 1883 and once home to Pabst beer, has recently been transformed from a historic brewery to a thriving multi-use space where you can eat, shop, learn, work and live. The Pearl is situated next to the recent Riverwalk expansion, so you can catch a tour boat or walk from the Pearl all the way downtown, past the San Antonio Museum of Art and numerous artistic elements that have been carefully built into the landscape. You'll find fine dining to street food restaurants, a great coffee shop run by the Culinary Institute and more. The Culinary Institute and the Aveda School have facilities at the Pearl and both are open to patrons. Every Saturday, the Pearl is host to an amazing Farmer's Market and has become a traditional Saturday event for locals.

The Alamo Quarry Market
The Alamo Quarry Market is a shopping center with entertainment and dining options that's housed in an old cement factory still sporting its 4 historical smokestacks. It still looks very much like a cement factory, but inside, you'll find more than 60 shops and services with 4 anchor stores. Anyone can find fun at this shopping center, as there are items for kids and adults alike, along with favorites for luxury shoppers and people shopping on a budget. Most visits here last about 2 or 3 hours, but given the number of things to see and do, your visit could easily turn into an all-day affair.

Brackenridge Park

Visit the San Antonio Zoo to see more than 3,000 animals from around the globe. McNay Art Museum
The McNay Art Museum is at 6000 N. New Braunfels Ave. Housed in the 24-room Spanish Colonial Revival-style mansion of philanthropist Marion Koogler McNay, the museum showcases 19th- and 20th-century paintings, prints, drawings and sculpture. The collection features works by Paul Gauguin, Edward Hopper, Joan Mitchell, Alice Neel, Georgia O’Keeffe, Pablo Picasso, and Jackson Pollock. Rotating exhibitions can be viewed in the Jane and Arthur Stieren Center. The 25 acres include fountains, broad lawns and a Japanese-inspired garden and fish pond. The Tobin Collection of Theatre Arts includes rare books, prints and stage-design drawings.
