House Rules:

By booking this reservation, you agree to the additional policies, terms, and conditions listed below:

• Only Allowed Guests: The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

• No Pets: No other animals are allowed without specific written approval by the Property Manager.

• No Smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises. Smoking is strictly forbidden in, or within 25 feet of the rental property.

• Children: Guests accompanied by minors must watch over them at all times and they should never be left unattended. The guest will be responsible throughout their entire stay for any accident that the minor may suffer within the property.

• Noise / Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. CT. Guests must maintain respectful and considerate behavior towards other guests and neighbors at all times and try to keep the volume of their conversations, televisions, and music moderate to avoid disturbing others.

• Early Check-In: If early check-in is available for your reservation, you will be notified by 9 a.m. CT on the morning of your arrival by email. Late check-out is offered whenever possible for a small fee.

• Commercial: No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected.

• Damages: The renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy. The guest agrees to leave the property in good condition and will be responsible for any missing or broken items.

• Release of Liability and Indemnification: Personal belongings of any value should never be left unattended. The Property Manager / Owner declines all responsibility for the loss or theft of jewelry, money, documents, or other values of any kind. Neither The Property Manager / Owner nor any of their representatives will be responsible for any injury, loss, illness, or damage to any guest or guest property.
